Ingredients 1 cup cream 1 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1/2 tablespoons caster sugar (superfine) milk extra cream jam
To make scones... Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Whisk cream until soft peaks form. Sift over flour, baking powder, and sugar. Stir to combine. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and press out dough until 1 inch thick. Cut into rounds, place on baking tray lined with non stick baking paper and brush tops with a little milk. Bake for 15 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve warm with cream and jam! :) makes 6
