Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 small pickle, finely chopped
1 teaspoon capers, rinsed and finely chopped
1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
1 lemon, zest

In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix together. Serve with grilled fish or spread on sandwiches.
